Job Overview

Virtus Investment Partners seeks an experienced Vendor Contract Management Lead to oversee enterprise-wide vendor contracts and management activities.

This role requires a high level of organization, negotiation skills, and ability to maintain data quality in centralized applications.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain ownership and adherence to company policies, including service provider management, expense authorization, and non-public information.
  • Collaborate with internal procurement resources to understand spend needs and maximize value across the enterprise.
  • Manage contract renewals, terminations, and negotiations to ensure effective vendor relationships.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, providing initial budget information to the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-10 years of experience related to vendors within the asset management/financial services industry sector.
  • Excellent contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of key spend categories in financial services firms, including technology software, hardware, infrastructure, financial business applications, telecommunications, facilities, and IT Services.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
