Retail Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert service and recommendations.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products in the appliances category, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines, and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively.
- Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
- Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department.
- 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Preferred qualifications include 1 year of leadership experience in a related field or military leadership equivalent, 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments, and 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
