Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team at American 1 Credit Union. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experience through a wide range of teller-based transactions, including receiving and dispensing funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Upsell and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve common goals and provide excellent member service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
