As a Dishroom Attendant at Luby's, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your primary responsibility will be to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots to ensure they are spotless for our customers.
In this position, you will also be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors and disposing of trash and recyclables. Additionally, you will assist with food preparation and plating under the guidance of our experienced culinary team.
