Bellman/Valet Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Bellman/Valet to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER. As a Bellman/Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm and welcoming service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms
  • Escort guests to rooms and inform them of all hotel services and features
  • Attend to the immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Drive, park, and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel
Requirements:
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Previous customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver's license
