The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive patient care, which includes assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation in line with organizational standards and community needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with licensure.
  • Supervise assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as applicable, adhering to state and federal guidelines.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal and patient safety.
  • Enhance professional knowledge through continuous education and professional associations.
  • Contribute to departmental operations and development.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding patient status and needs.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Ability to practice without restrictions.
  • In good standing with all relevant regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance providers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient rights.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Current CPR certification.
