About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Desert Quality Heating & Air Conditioning. As a key member of our commercial services team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and service, with a strong understanding of commercial equipment and system design. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with commercial HVAC systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and service
  • Strong understanding of commercial equipment and system design
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
