We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in a Clinic II role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.
Responsibilities- Perform basic patient care duties, including vital sign collection, weighing patients, and collecting specimens, as well as assisting providers with examination and treatment of patients.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist providers with patient-related calls, as well as schedule test appointments, results, and pre-certification.
- Administer medications and immunizations according to provider orders.
- Clean and restock exam rooms, clean equipment, and order stock supplies.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including locating patient charts, filing, and completing routine forms.
- Attend required meetings and in-service training, and perform other duties as assigned.
- LVN certification
- LVN license in the state of employment or compact
- BLS certification
Per Diem As Needed
