Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join our team at CentraCare Health - Paynesville. As a Traveling ER Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to emergency room patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing.
  • Travel experience preferred.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • TNCC or CALS certification preferred.
  • Current MN RN license.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Ability to work 3x12 D/E/N shifts with every other weekend and holidays required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • AHA ACLS certification.
  • AHA PALS certification.
  • NRP certification for L&D/OB, RRT, and NICU.
  • TNCC certification for ER.
  • EFM certification preferred.
