At JOE HUDSON'S COLLISION CENTER, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint repairs that meet our exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform duties associated with painting, including mixing and matching paint, preparing and testing panels, and monitoring painting operations.
- Ensure quality paint repairs through prepping, blending formulas, top coat application, and curing.
- Identify and correct any deficiencies that may occur during the painting process, including blistering and streaking.
- Meet our OE and I-CAR standards for quality and efficiency.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, such as air sprayers, sanders, and other equipment.
- Follow established protocols for repairs and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Prep vehicles for painting as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.
- Comply with all safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
- Perform all physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in auto body painting is required.
- Experience with extensive paint repairs is essential.
