About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Home Health Care Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and feeding.
  • Provide mobility support, including ambulation and transfers.
  • Accompany clients to medical and hair appointments and run errands.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, changing bed linens, and doing laundry.
  • Provide incontinence care and range of motion exercises.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide or as a Personal Family Caregiver.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a reliable and insured automobile.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
