Job Description

This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Hospice Aide/CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, promote independence, and enhance the overall quality of life for our patients.

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, ambulation, and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and basic psychological care to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • At least six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
