Service Writer

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to assist our retail customers with their RV service needs and provide communication and support to the Service Shop throughout the service appointment process.

• Review work orders and greet customers at drop-off
• Process customer transactions upon completion of repairs
• Update customers on the progress of repairs while in the service shop
• Write and manage work orders
• Communicate with insurance companies and submit sublets
• Schedule transportation to and from the service shop
• Prepare various internal reports
• Communicate with departments within the company

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of RVs or experience as a Service Writer
• Computer experience
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Excellent communication skills
