Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize and distinguish various cuts of meat
  • Prepare and package meat items for sale
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Required Qualifications

  • Basic math skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in meat preparation

Specific Duties

  • Lift and transport up to 75 lbs.
  • Accurately handle cash and transactions
  • Maintain signage and pricing accuracy
  • Clean and sanitize work areas regularly
  • Address customer and vendor inquiries professionally
