Position Overview:
We are currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts who are passionate and committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus for both full-time and part-time positions.

Work Schedule:
Available shifts include full-time and part-time options, covering morning, evening, and overnight hours. Additionally, per diem shifts are available, requiring scheduling every other weekend with the possibility of extra days as needed.

Qualifications:
- Current certification in the New York State Nurse Aide Registry (must be valid and not expired).
- No findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, exploitation, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
- One year of experience in long-term care and CPR certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CNA, you will perform a variety of essential services for geriatric residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with personal care services and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Providing toileting assistance and understanding bowel and bladder training regimens.
  • Supporting residents during meals and ensuring hydration.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in non-patient areas and assisting with admission and discharge processes.
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
