Oversee Item Cost and Bill of Materials (BoM) costs within Oracle systems. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and IT departments to ensure data accuracy. Assess the effects of Yields, losses, and other key factors influencing Costs.

Ensure compliance and accuracy of production reports submitted to regulatory bodies, while gathering input and feedback on system requirements from relevant stakeholders.

In conjunction with supervisors and internal partners, develop the Annual Budget to align with organizational objectives.

Work in partnership with IT to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of ERP and CUBE (Analytics) systems. Implement necessary changes to enhance financial knowledge and evaluation processes.

Transform data from ERP systems, Cubes, and additional sources into visual reports that deliver insights and actionable information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

With guidance from supervisors, prepare and present comprehensive assessments of business performance and effectiveness.

Analyze profit drivers and generate reports that provide valuable insights into factors affecting company profitability, including margins and volumes by brand and category.

Produce Monthly Forecasts and analyze the reasons behind target achievements or shortfalls. Conduct depletion and inventory analysis using the VIP system, crucial for verifying customer results and inventory accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:


A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial accounting analytics management and a solid understanding of Cost Management in Oracle.

A combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to the aforementioned standards that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including internal control systems.

Proficient in systems analysis methods and ERP applications (Oracle preferred), relational databases, productivity metrics, profit analysis, and budgeting, providing regular updates to business partners.

Knowledge of computer programming, database technologies, and the deployment of databases for analytical purposes.
Experience in the Manufacturing sector is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
