Job Summary

We are seeking licensed or pre-licensed psychologists or therapists with an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license to join our team. As a clinical therapist at Balanced Awakening PC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a caseload of psychotherapy clients, with a minimum of 25 clients per week for full-time positions
  • Complete timely and accurate notes in our electronic health record (EHR) for each client session
  • Manage email communications in a timely manner, responding to messages within 48 hours
  • Participate in regular team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaboration with colleagues and participation in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Licensed Psychologist/LCPC/LCSW/LMFT in the state of Illinois
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations, including women, couples, and teen girls
  • Passion for providing psychotherapy and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the practice
