We serve a diverse demographic, from pediatric to geriatric patients, providing comprehensive services including general orthopedics, neurology, concussion management, vestibular therapy, pediatric care, pelvic health, POETS, and fall prevention rehabilitation. Our expectations are to manage ten patients daily, with most clinicians averaging between 10-12 patients in an eight-hour shift. We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer a structured mentorship program with experienced clinicians.
Work Schedule: Weekdays, 40 hours per week, with two evenings until 7 PM. The last patient is scheduled one hour prior. Alternative schedules such as three 10-hour days and two 5-hour days can be considered. No weekend shifts required.

- Understand and comply with state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required
- Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift patients using appropriate techniques frequently throughout the workday. Must be capable of lifting fifty (50) pounds of dead weight independently.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach consistently during the workday.
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient for evaluating, diagnosing, and monitoring patient needs, as well as maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to communicate effectively to understand and provide directions.
- Ability to maneuver wheeled equipment throughout the facility and community.
- Possess fine motor skills for accurate reporting, charting, scheduling, and correspondence, either manually or electronically.
- Possess fine motor skills for effective handling of diagnostic or therapeutic equipment.
