Field Appraiser - Reassessment Team

Vision Government Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Field Appraiser to join our Reassessment team in Northern VA. As a Field Appraiser, you will play a crucial role in inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical description of real estate properties. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to gather accurate data and information.
  • Verify and record property details, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with the public, providing clear and concise information about property visits.
Requirements:
  • Located in Northern VA with reliable transportation to/from working locations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, stretching, and kneeling.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Real estate appraisal experience is a plus, but not required.
