About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Water Resources team in San Luis Obispo, CA. As an Associate Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful, landmark projects in the San Luis Obispo region and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a design team and oversee the work of designers, drafters, and subconsultants
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and public agencies
  • Participate in interviews for Public Works Projects
  • Manage multiple coincident contracts and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and public agency personnel
Requirements
  • BSCE degree and California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer
  • Minimum of five years of experience in water resources or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years of project management experience, including supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in software and modeling tools, including SWMM, HEC-RAS, ArcMAP, and AutoCAD
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
