Server - North

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Server to join our team at North Point Village Assisted Living and Memory Care. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

• Provide attentive and personalized service to residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfying.
• Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living (preferred).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Caring and empathetic approach, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of our residents.
• Accountability and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
