At Della Infotech, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Porterville, CA.
About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Registered Professional Nurse with a strong background in hemodialysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of dialysis treatments, and promoting positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with all American Renal Management (ARM) policies and procedures as well as federal, state, OSHA, and other agency regulations applicable to the position.
- Promote positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
- Act as a resource person for other staff members.
- Ensure safe and efficient care of all patients and inform physician in a timely manner of any unusual findings or complaints.
- Demonstrate and sustain job competencies and skills to perform patient assessments, dialysis treatments, patient monitoring, treatment or emergency interventions, patient education, medication administration, water treatment monitoring, and documentation.
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
- Work experience as a professional nurse preferred.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
The estimated salary for this position is $63,200 - $64,480 per year, based on experience and location.
