Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Unit Director to formulate and execute tailored Nursing Care Plans that address the specific needs of our patients.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing personnel, ensuring a high standard of care and effective team dynamics.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the unit, taking on leadership duties as required to maintain a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
  • Possession of a valid nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Preferred experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing settings.
