Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Roedel Companies LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining clean and comfortable rooms, as well as providing a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are ready for guest arrival and that high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
