Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to a patient in a school setting and in their own home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for students with medical needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, gastrostomy tube feedings, seizure monitoring, and personal care.
- Ride the bus to and from school with the patient, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where you practice.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
