Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities, and connectivity problems.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and internal teams, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the organization, influencing management, peers, and customers through an inclusive style and recognition of their abilities and knowledge.
  • Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and welcoming feedback, and practicing good listening techniques.
  • Balance individual and team responsibilities, taking ownership for situations and demonstrating an attitude of cooperation and attention to customer needs.
Requirements
  • Windows 10, MS Office 365, ServiceNow Ticketing System, iPhone and Android support, general hardware/software issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to calm frustrated callers and be recognized by customers as helpful.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong attention to customer needs and skill level.
