Pay: $21.00/hour, plus commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is in search of a motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. Established in 2008, we operate across multiple states, managing over 7,000 multi-family units and assets exceeding $1.5 billion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for prospective residents, providing them with essential information and guiding them through the leasing process.
  • Maintain effective communication with current residents, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to uphold standards across all areas, including tour paths, model units, amenities, and common spaces.
  • Assist in the preparation of notices, service requests, applications, and other leasing documentation.
  • Monitor and achieve community objectives related to rentals, renewals, occupancy rates, and turnover times.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends, analyze competitor pricing, and recommend appropriate rental rates.
  • Fulfill marketing requirements as per company guidelines and inform supervisors of potential marketing opportunities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of resident events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records for residents and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols as outlined in company policies.
  • Exhibit professionalism and represent the company positively at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of sales experience is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management software is preferred (e.g., Yardi Voyager, RentCafe).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • A desire to take initiative within the role and the community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel between properties as needed.
