Job Summary

Diversified Automotive is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support our drivers at our Ayer, MA location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and efficient transportation services to drivers, moving them around the facility to expedite equipment loading.
  • Serve as a liaison between drivers, dispatch, claims analysts, and railroad personnel to ensure proper documentation of damages.
  • Perform monthly inventory tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members in a diverse environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Operate a passenger van and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
  • Comfortable driving a passenger van.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including mobile application use.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including early morning, evening, or Saturday shifts.
