Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families in a fast-paced NICU environment.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
- Assess and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience in a Level 3 or 4 hospital.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
