About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health services, including day treatment, therapy, and case management services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address client needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.
  • No more than 5 points on license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant certification.
  • Successful completion of required physical crisis management training(s) and certification(s) within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Two or more years of supervised work experience in a behavioral health care setting, working directly with clients.
  • Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working with people with mental health conditions.
