As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their physical functioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine functional levels, needs, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, patient goals, and clinical guidelines.
- Provide physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, to enhance strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
- Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, goals, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Must be currently active and licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- 36 minimum guaranteed hours per week.
