Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing day-to-day quality control activities.

• Perform internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and legal standards.
• Monitor and verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process, including visual inspections, product weights, codes, labeling, and other quality checks.
• Enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personnel Practices, Critical Process Points, Food Safety & Quality Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is set up and working correctly, and responsible for calibrating and verifying production and quality instrumentation.
• Place suspect materials, equipment, and/or finished product on HOLD and communicate such instances to the Management Team for determination of appropriate disposition.
• Review, verify, and maintain records related to Production, Quality, Traceability, and Statistical Process Control.
• Assist with training and developing personnel in GMPs/Personnel Practices, Allergens, Food Defense, and other food safety/quality programs.
