Position Summary:

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our high-volume production team, focusing on the creation of pre-rolls, joints, blunts, and vapes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a respected organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team in a fast-paced assembly line environment to produce consistent, high-quality products.
  • Accurately apply labels, stickers, and tags to packaging, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Utilize digital scales to weigh products, maintaining consistency in size and weight.
  • Carefully pack pre-rolls, blunts, and joints to meet quality standards.
  • Assist colleagues and supervisors as needed, fulfilling additional warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet established standards.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Perfect attendance is essential.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Capability to sit or stand for 8 hours a day.
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and packaging is preferred, with a focus on product safety and quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking skills.
  • A positive attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
