In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering empathetic and individualized care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer prescribed medications and oversee their usage.
- Prepare healthy meals and assist clients during mealtime.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
- Help with light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in a comparable position is essential.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.

From basic companion care, which includes light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, and more, to essential personal care services such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing, our Caregivers offer a broad spectrum of assistance. They may also work various shifts, ranging from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, or in the morning.
Additional Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home environment.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication abilities.
- Two professional references are required.
- Proof of a recent TB test with clear results.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are advantageous.
