We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transitional Rehab Unit team at Allied Services. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, providing a therapeutic environment, and promoting family development.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care under the direction of the Director of Nursing
- Provide a supportive environment for patients and families
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Supervise and mentor LPN, CNA/NA, and Unit Secretary staff
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Minimum of two years of experience in long-term care
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
- CPR certification
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively
This role involves working in a well-lit and ventilated environment, with occasional exposure to blood and body substances. Ability to transport self throughout the facility is required.
