Cypress HCM is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for producing a variety of design assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of both print and digital design principles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and marketing professionals, to transform concepts into visually engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original designs and adapt existing artwork into various formats.
- Ensure all artwork meets the necessary technical specifications for both digital and print formats.
- Organize visual elements, including text and graphics, to create cohesive and appealing layouts that adhere to brand standards.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring compliance with printing and digital distribution requirements.
- Coordinate with project leads to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards for all creative outputs.
- Oversee the creative process for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to established brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications:
