Job Summary:
The Cost Analyst will be an integral part of the team, contributing to financial accuracy and efficiency on multiple construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of accurate billing and invoicing for owners and subcontractors.
- Maintenance of gross margin reports to ensure projects meet financial targets.
- Collaboration with project managers to track and analyze budgets, supporting financial success.
- Management of budget transfers to align with project needs and facilitate smooth execution.
- Full-cycle billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing from start to finish.
- Data entry for budgets, including purchase orders and PCIs into the budgeting system.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction accounting, preferably as a Cost Analyst. Familiarity with CMIC software is beneficial. Experience with AIA billing and online billing is advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
