Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of speech and language therapy plans for students in pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Qualifications
  • SLP Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Texas SLP license.
  • CFY Requirements: Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology and eligible for Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
  • SLPA Requirements: Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field and valid Texas SLP license.
