Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring a smooth and efficient imaging process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT exams following established protocols and guidelines
  • Prepare procedure trays with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Take patient history and retrieve relevant orders or prior images
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Coordinate patient flow and ensure all exams are completed
  • Support ALARA principles and promote radiation safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Start IVs for contrast administration and use power injectors as needed
  • Contribute to after-hour coverage through on-call shift rotations
  • Maintain licenses, certifications, and accreditations required for the role
  • Perform daily upkeep of departmental work areas and promote a clean and organized environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Current ARRT certification with advanced registry or registry eligible with advanced CT certification within 1 year of hire
  • 1 year post-graduate experience preferred
  • BLS certification required
