  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
  • Develop and implement procedures for electrical maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor maintenance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

**Requirements:**

  • 3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Electrical Engineer degree or related trainings and experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read English and follow written procedures.
