About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Host at Chili's Grill & Bar. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the wait list efficiently, keeping guests informed of wait times.
  • Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Answer telephone calls within three rings, directing calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed, maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.
