Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-energy group exercise classes, incorporating music and choreography to keep members motivated and engaged.
  • Lead classes with enthusiasm and expertise, providing clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure members understand the exercises and techniques.
  • Monitor member participation and make adjustments as needed to ensure an effective and enjoyable workout experience.
  • Communicate effectively with members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and secured.
  • Collaborate with other Fitness Instructors and gym staff to promote a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current Les Mills Body Pump certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High energy level and enthusiasm for leading group exercise classes.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and organized workout environment.
