Your Role with Us

As a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be working in our pediatric urgent care setting, providing exceptional care to pediatric patients.

You will be based in the Newport News location but may occasionally cover shifts at other facilities.

About the Position

  • This is a 12-hour shift position with approximately 12-13 shifts per month, including weekdays and weekends.
  • You will have a set weekend schedule every third weekend, with Saturday and Sunday shifts.
  • Our team provides excellent compensation and an annual bonus opportunity, as well as four weeks of paid time off and one week of continuing medical education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • A Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
  • Have at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in pediatric-related care.
  • Hold an active VA state license.
