About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain building floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
  • Service and clean restrooms, including restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Operate riding floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment
  • Dust and clean surfaces, including furniture, walls, and equipment
  • Mix and apply cleaning solutions as needed
  • Strip, seal, and finish floors as required
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • The ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • The ability to bend, kneel, twist, and reach to access difficult-to-reach areas
