Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating, project control, scheduling, and quantity tracking to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Supporting a team of Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and other staff to achieve project goals.
  • Building relationships and communicating effectively with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and workforce to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and schedules, and processing RFIs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitoring quality control, safety, and environmental programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
  • Understanding and assisting with project layout to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Identifying critical work items and procuring long-lead items to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assisting with monthly billings, cash flow projections, and processing change orders to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Managing document control, including submittals schedules, contract documents, shop drawings, and other project-related documents.
  • Assisting with delivery, inventory, and warehousing of materials and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Resolving field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintaining as-built drawings and manuals to ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Attending and/or leading meetings to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
