Habilitation Technician

Devereux Residential Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Habilitation Technician to provide residential/in-home services to consumers of varying ages, diagnoses, and needs.

• Implement plans of care to ensure the well-being and safety of consumers
• Administer medications as ordered by physician(s) and maintain accurate medication administration records
• Document daily progress, including MAR, progress notes, and Innovation Waiver Documentation
• Assist consumers with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Work at the group home during scheduled hours, even if consumers are absent due to illness, inclement weather, or other reasons
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
