Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients and the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective treatment plans.
- Psychotherapy Services: Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with patient care teams to monitor client functioning and inform treatment planning, as well as coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies.
- Engagement and Support: Engage clients' social supports as appropriate to improve functioning and overall well-being.
- Education: Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required, or Master's degree in social work required.
- Licensure: Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in patient treatment in a clinical setting preferred.
- Certifications: BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 days, and Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 days required.
