Job Title: Chemist II - Quality Control Laboratory

Endo International is seeking a highly skilled Chemist II to join our Quality Control Laboratory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, stability, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory analyses using various techniques and instruments, including HPLC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, GC, and dissolution testers.
  • Review and approve laboratory test data and documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Participate in OOS/OOT/NOE and other investigations, and elevate questionable sample results to supervisors.
  • Train less senior staff in laboratory skills and procedures.
  • Perform routine instrument cleaning, preventative maintenance, and calibration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant analytical laboratory experience.
  • Proficiency in laboratory software and chromatographic software.
  • Working knowledge of applicable safety and standards guidelines, such as SOP, cGMP, GLP, DEA regulations, and/or MSDS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
