We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will work one-on-one with our clients in a home care setting, providing high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to pediatric clients in a home care setting
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report client progress to the care team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a home care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
