As a Production Assembler, your primary responsibility will be to assemble various mechanical components, ensuring that all parts integrate seamlessly to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow detailed assembly instructions and utilize a variety of hand tools to complete your tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assemble brake line assemblies, mechanical control cables, packaging, and more.

+ Engage in training under supervision to facilitate a stress-free learning environment.

+ Perform additional production-related duties as required, with appropriate training provided.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Ability to accurately follow written work instructions and assemble products according to specified guidelines.

+ Strong focus on tasks with a keen attention to detail.

+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

+ Team-oriented individual who can work effectively in small groups as well as independently, with the ability to adapt to various assignments.

+ Consistent attendance is essential; being present is key to success.

**What We Offer:**

+ Competitive weekly pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with a $0.50 increase upon permanent hire.
